This Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures for returning physical products including the LumenShift Dimmer Kit, QuietFrame Acoustic Panels, and Ritual Blueprint Journal, as well as cancellation terms for our sleep environment programs. This policy supplements your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law and does not affect those rights.
1. Your Statutory Rights
As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and match their description on night-kits.html and in your order confirmation. If products are faulty, not as described, or do not match what you ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These statutory rights apply in addition to the voluntary return options described in this policy.
2. 14-Day Cancellation Right for Distance Sales
When you purchase products from Washrinseneck without face-to-face contact, such as through our website enquiry process or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to service@washrinseneck.world or by post to 102, Wenlock Studios, Wharf Rd, London N1 7EU, United Kingdom. You may use the model cancellation form below, though it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the fourteen-day period has expired.

3. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel within the fourteen-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs for standard shipping, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear those costs or the goods were faulty or misdescribed.
4. 30-Day Voluntary Return Window
Beyond your statutory rights, Washrinseneck offers an extended thirty-day return window for products purchased directly from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Opened items may be returned within thirty days if they are in resalable condition with all components, manuals, and accessories included.
This voluntary policy applies to the LumenShift Dimmer Kit provided the electrical components remain unused and in sealed packaging, QuietFrame Acoustic Panels provided adhesive strips are unopened and panels show no mounting residue, and Ritual Blueprint Journal provided no pages have been written in and the cover shows no significant wear.
5. Product-Specific Return Conditions
LumenShift Dimmer Kit: Due to electrical safety requirements, opened dimmer units that have been installed or connected to mains power cannot be accepted for voluntary returns unless faulty. If you believe the unit is defective, contact us within forty-eight hours of discovery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
QuietFrame Acoustic Panels: Panels that have been mounted using the included adhesive strips may be returned if carefully removed without damage to the panel surface. Panels with permanent wall damage caused during removal by the customer may be subject to a restocking fee of up to fifteen percent of the purchase price. Unused panel sets in original packaging qualify for full refunds under our thirty-day policy.
Ritual Blueprint Journal: Journals with any pages written in, bookmark removed, or cover personalised cannot be returned under the voluntary policy unless defective at delivery. Manufacturing defects such as missing pages, binding failures, or print errors qualify for immediate replacement or refund regardless of use.
6. How to Initiate a Return
To return a product, contact Washrinseneck at service@washrinseneck.world or call +442080588187 with your order reference, the product name, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. We will provide a return authorisation reference and instructions for shipping items to our London fulfilment centre at 102, Wenlock Studios, Wharf Rd, London N1 7EU, United Kingdom.
Please include your return authorisation reference on the outside of the package. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage. Washrinseneck is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipment unless we have arranged collection through our courier.
Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, we process refunds within five business days. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please allow an additional three to five business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item from our catalogue, such as swapping the Ritual Blueprint Journal for a LumenShift Dimmer Kit, contact us to arrange the exchange. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund or alternative product of equivalent value.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, notify Washrinseneck within forty-eight hours of delivery. Send photographs of the packaging, product, and any visible damage to service@washrinseneck.world along with your order reference. We will arrange a prepaid return collection or send a replacement at no additional cost. You are not required to accept damaged goods and may request an immediate refund.
9. Sleep Environment Program Cancellations
Program fees for Circadian Starter, Acoustic Sanctuary, and Complete Rest Blueprint follow separate cancellation terms outlined in our Terms of Use. In summary, you may cancel enrollment within seven days of confirmation for a full refund provided no consultant sessions have commenced. After this period, cancellations are assessed based on program progress. Partial refunds may be available for unused portions of multi-week programs. Digital workbooks and materials accessed during the program are non-refundable once downloaded or viewed. Contact service@washrinseneck.world to discuss program cancellation.
10. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return under our voluntary policy unless faulty or not as described: products purchased from third-party retailers rather than directly from washrinseneck.world, items marked as final sale at the time of purchase, custom-configured or personalised products made to your specifications, and digital program materials delivered electronically after the seven-day cooling-off period for digital content has expired with your express consent.
11. Return Shipping Costs
For voluntary returns under our thirty-day policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a product defect. Standard return postage within the United Kingdom typically ranges from £3.50 to £8.00 depending on package size and service level. For faulty or misdescribed products, Washrinseneck will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon presentation of a receipt.
Original delivery charges are refunded only when you cancel under the fourteen-day statutory right or when the entire order is returned due to our error. Partial returns do not qualify for delivery charge refunds unless the remaining order value falls below our free delivery threshold of £100.
12. Restocking Fees
Restocking fees apply only in limited circumstances as described in section five for acoustic panels removed from walls with visible mounting damage. No restocking fees apply to unopened products returned within the thirty-day window or to statutory returns under the fourteen-day cancellation right.
13. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within fourteen days of our confirmation email, first check your bank account and contact your payment provider, as processing times vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact Washrinseneck at service@washrinseneck.world with your order reference and return authorisation number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
